SIGNs Field Day (President’s Cup Event) @ Liberty Station NTC Park

Events: 100 Meter Sprint, Football Punt, Football Pass, 1.5 Mile Run, Shuttle Run (aka Suicides), Ladder Ball, Relay Race (includes wheelbarrow, egg/spoon dash, three legged race and short sprint), Cornhole, Croquet and Egg Toss. [Click here to view photos and video from last year’s field day]

SIGNs SoCal Shipbuilder Motorcycle Ride 2017 @ Hooleys

Meeting location: Hooleys, 2955 Jamacha Road, El Cajon, CA 92019
Registration time: 8:00am
Briefing time: 8:30am
Kick-stands up: 8:45am

Planned Route:
1. East on Old 94 to Cameron Corner in Campo. 15 minute break for necessities… also suggest everyone top off gas tanks here as only station in Julian.
2. Northeast on Buckman Springs Road. After 10 miles, veer left onto Old Buckman Springs Road.
3. Turn left and head West on Old Highway 80.
4. After the border check point, Old Highway 80 turns into S-1.
5. Stay on S-1 as it crosses over I-8 and stay on S-1 (Sunrise Highway) over Mt. Laguna until Highway 79.
6. Turn right. It is about six miles to Julian. One-hour stop for lunch, pie, shopping, etc.
7. After break, head Southeast on Highway 79 toward Lake Cuyamaca. Ride around west side of lake and stay on Highway 79 until I-8.
8. Head West on I-8. Exit on Tavern Road. Turn left at the light and stay on Tavern Road until you get to the finish: Alpine Beer Pub (1347 Tavern Road).

3rd Annual NASSCO Neighborhood Clean-Up
Join NASSCO senior leadership, employees, and community partners for our annual neighborhood clean-up in Barrio Logan. 

Saturday, June 3, 2017
 Registration Begins: 8:30am 
Event Kick-off: 9:00am

*New this year! An earth-friendly craft station for the kids.

Donut Bar and coffee provided during registration.
Optional hot dog lunch provided at 11:30am.

All tools and supplies will be provided. 

All participants must complete and submit an event waiver.

2017 ShipShape for Life Challenge

The 2017 ShipShape for Life Challenge begins June 22! Form a team of 5-10 people, preferably co-workers or friends that you see on a regular basis at work. Teams must be formed and registered no later than June 21.

This 16-week wellness program is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente.
