NASSCO’s Employee Relations Team

Employee Relations & Compliance (ER) ensures GD NASSCO employees abide by Federal, State, and Local laws, regarding employment provisions and the NASSCO Standards of Conduct, and to provide a qualified resource to assist NASSCO employees and partners in achieving the business’ objectives with integrity and honor. The Labor Relations Department (LR) ensures the proper administration of the seven collective bargaining agreements (CBA) executed between GD NASSCO and the Unions. LR is a valuable resource to management and hourly employees seeking guidance and instruction on the terms of the CBAs and their application to operations and hourly employment.
